Welcome to dŌSA Naturals. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, purchases, event bookings, and participation in our text messaging program.
This website is operated by dŌSA Natural Skin Care, LLC, doing business as dŌSA Naturals. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to dŌSA Naturals.
By using our website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these terms and the applicable policies disclosed before your purchase.
1. Website Use
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when placing orders, booking events, or contacting us.
You must be of legal age to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not interfere with website security, transmit harmful code, commit fraud, or use our content in violation of another person’s rights.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Colors, packaging, and appearance may vary from images displayed on your device. Products made with natural ingredients may also vary slightly in color, texture, or scent.
Please review the ingredients, directions, and warnings before use. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our body care products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and do not ingest.
Individual results vary. We do not guarantee that a product will be suitable for every skin type or free from ingredients that may cause sensitivity. Patch test before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Our products and website information are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or replace professional medical advice.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees are presented before checkout.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not guarantee fulfillment. We may decline or cancel orders because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment issues, or a material pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payment must be authorized before an order is fulfilled.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
Please verify your shipping address before submitting an order. If your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Nothing in these terms limits any delivery or refund rights provided by applicable law.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Product returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our published Refund Policy and any purchase-specific terms disclosed before checkout.
Please review that policy before placing an order. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
These terms do not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Events, Workshops, and Private Bookings
dŌSA Naturals offers events and workshops, including dŌSA After Hours and private experiences.
Event descriptions identify the scheduled date, time, location, price, activities, and any age or participation requirements. Your reservation is confirmed when we provide confirmation and any required payment has been received.
Cancellation, refund, transfer, rescheduling, minimum attendance, and deposit requirements are governed by the terms disclosed on the event listing or in your booking agreement before payment.
If we cancel an event, we will offer a refund of the amount paid for that event or, at your choice, credit toward another available event. If we materially change the date or location and you cannot attend, contact us to request a refund.
Participants must follow staff instructions and use supplies and equipment as directed. Some activities may involve heat, fragrance, oils, or other ingredients. Tell us about relevant allergies or sensitivities before participating so we can discuss available options.
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participation does not waive any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers are subject to their stated dates, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and redemption limits.
Offers may not be combined unless expressly permitted. Discounts apply only to eligible purchases and do not have cash value unless required by law.
8. SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions
Program Description
The dŌSA Naturals text messaging program provides messages based on the subscription you select. These may include dŌSA After Hours announcements, event invitations, booking reminders, product news, and promotional offers.
If you subscribe specifically to event notifications, we will use that subscription for event-related messages. Unrelated product marketing requires an appropriate separate opt-in.
Consent
By expressly opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from dŌSA Naturals at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing products, booking an event, or receiving services.
Providing a phone number for an order, inquiry, or reservation does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing text messages.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies according to your subscription, upcoming events, and interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan and charges.
How to Unsubscribe
You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a message from our program. You may receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe request.

Unsubscribing from text messages does not cancel an order or event booking.

Mobile Number Changes
You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. If your number changes or you give up that number, please unsubscribe or notify us so we can update our records.
Delivery
Text message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We may share the information necessary to operate our messaging program with service providers that help deliver messages and process unsubscribe requests, or as required by law.
Program Changes
We may modify or discontinue the messaging program. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. We will obtain new consent where required before expanding the scope of your subscription.
9. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Information submitted through our store may be shared with Shopify and service providers, including providers located in other countries, to process payments, fulfill orders, operate the store, and provide related services.

10. Intellectual Property
Our name, logos, product photography, website copy, designs, and other original materials are owned by dŌSA Naturals or used with permission.
You may use our website for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, or commercially use our protected materials without written permission, except as permitted by law.
11. Reviews and Feedback
Reviews and feedback must reflect your honest experience and must not contain unlawful content, confidential information, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
When you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display that review and the name you choose to provide in connection with it. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or fraudulent content. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews.
12. Website Availability and Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate, secure, and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will be error-free.

Any mandatory consumer protections available in your jurisdiction remain in effect.

We may update these terms and will post the revised version with an updated effective date.
Changes apply prospectively. Purchases and bookings remain subject to the terms in effect when they were made, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
