Because all of our products are hand made, we do not accept returns. Additionally, at this time we do not offer exchange services. Please bare in mind that we do all we can to get orders out quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, price adjustments or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
Please note that due to the nature of natural ingredients, there can be slight variations in color, viscosity and scent from batch to batch.
Melting Policy (Body Butter disclaimer)
Because this product is whipped, high temperatures will cause the tiny air bubbles in the product to collapse reducing the volume and giving the appearance of a half full container. If this happens simply store product at room temperature until it re-hardens. Or, to speed up the re-hardening process, place the product in the refrigerator. Further, the omission of synthetic stabilizers may cause the product to soften or even melt in transit as it sits in warm vehicles, mailboxes or outdoors.
Because melting is a natural reaction to heat, we have no control over transit or delivery but we do pack our products in insulated double walled containers in an attempt to minimize its effects on our products in transit.
We do not issue refunds for melted products.
If melting or softening of the product occurs, simply place in a cool place until it re-hardens. This does not affect the quality of the product.
